Resolving Conflict in the Workplace
Storytelling is a highly effective method for engaging learners and enhancing retention through emotional connection. To teach the LEAP method for conflict resolution in the workplace, I crafted a narrative featuring a recent college graduate grappling with interpersonal challenges among coworkers. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, the voice acting performance quality fell short of the desired standard, including my own.
